| Take charge person of I.T. Process and give direction in developing a five year plan. Must be a strategic thinker, good negotiator and experienced in outsourcing data processing with IBM. Experience in retail with directing a Y-2K project necessary.

| Manage all systems development, networking (local and remote), retail systems and AS400 operations in
support of the strategic and tactical needs of the corporation and 227 retail stores.

| Degree in computer science helpful. Need AS400 technology and conversion experience.

| $165K plus bonus

| Electronic Card Marketing Manager
|
| JOB DESCRIPTION:
| Develop card marketing plan. Work with vendors to get promotions. Develop target marketing support systems.
Interface with merchandising departments on new store promotions, target marketing and market basket analysis.

| College degree. Must have 5 years experience in implementing electronic card marketing programs.

| Supervise programming staff of RPG programmers in the design, development, testing and maintenance of retail
application software and manage overall AS400 operations.

| College degree preferred. Need 5 years of RPG – AS400 experience and several years client/server experience.
