| JOB DESCRIPTION:
| Vice President Pharmacy Operations- Must Be Licensed Pharmacist Responsible for overall pharmacy direction, sales, marketing, profits, third party business and total department operations and standards. Including planning, inventory management, financial analysis, prescription pricing strategy, development and implementation of all operational standards in the department and management of the Central Fill Department. 6 Direct reports.

| REQUIREMENTS:
| Must be degreed and licensed Pharmacist with minimum of 10 years experience at Director Level or above. Successful track record in Managing Pharmacy operations, Third Party, Central Fill Procurement, Support and Technical Support.

| SALARY:
| $180K-200K plus bonus

| JOB DESCRIPTION:
| Run a Pharmacy within a Supermarket environment. There is no other Pharmacy within 12 miles of store. Will write 1500 to 2000 prescriptions per week. Will live in or near East Dutchess County New York. Opportunity to Buy into Pharmacy as a concession to store.

| REQUIREMENTS:
| Must be licensed Pharmacist in New York State or willing to get New York License with Knowledge of State of the Art Technical Systems and managing a high volume store. Need entrepreneurial spirit.

| $80K-90K plus bonus
