| JOB DESCRIPTION:
| Opportunity to join a top company in the Retail Food Industry as a Regional Floral Coordinator. The person will oversee 25 stores with responsibilities to include retail merchandising strategies, floral category management, sales, gross margins, product mix, training and new departments.

| REQUIREMENTS:
| The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years retail floral multiple store supervision. In dept knowledge of product mix, wholesale growers, retail pricing and merchandising. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and Netscape Navigator. A passion for floral category and effective oral and written presentation abilities are a must.

| Determine Quantity to buy & responsible for Quality for all operating Company’s. Develop product specs for products assigned. Reduce Cost of Goods.

| Associates degree or equivalent. 2 years product knowledge. Store operations knowledge. Proficient in Excel and Word. Ability to handle multiple stores. Excellent oral and written skills
