| REQUIREMENTS:
| Must have proven track record in managing high sales volume restaurant operation with strong business and management skills. Background in catering is helpful. Knowledge of food costs, portion control and labor necessary.

| $75,000 plus

| JOB DESCRIPTION:
| Strategic planning and profit & loss for 148 retail food service/deli/bakery operations. Responsible for all marketing, advertising, pricing and policy for department. Supervise 3 Category Market Managers.

| REQUIREMENTS:
| Successful executive with 10 years or more of extensive marketing experience in the retail food or restaurant industry. Need high energy level, analytical skills and proven ability to yield exceptional results. Hands on motivation of employees.

| SALARY:
| $165K plus bonus
