JOB DESCRIPTION: He is currently Director of Produce where he has total responsibility for Produce profit and loss in 250 large volume supermarkets. He was Category Manager and was responsible for procurement, marketing, merchandising, retail pricing, and warehouse inventory for 260 supermarkets. JOB DESCRIPTION: He has been in this position for over two years. He is responsible for managing 10 stores with a combined weekly volume of $1.8 million. He was able to exceed his annual budget by more than $80,000. He worked his way up from grocery manager, assistant store manager, store manager, merchandising manager, and regional projects manager. As a store manager his stores hit seasonal peaks of over $650,000 weekly.

JOB DESCRIPTION: He is responsible for managing a 30,000 Sq. Ft. location with weekly sales between $350,000-$400,000. His store is the number one store in the district for sales and in the company for gross profit. In addition, all of the perishable departments have increased sales and gross profits; the deli/bakery department is the top in the company. He has been at the store for almost four years.

TITLE: 001 STORE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION: Directly responsible for creating programs to better communitiy relations, Decreasing labor hours as well as minimizing sales decreases when competitors moved into area. Has managed stores with volumes up to $400,000.

TITLE:002 STORE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION: Directly responsible for taking a store from a bottom line loss of $150,000 and bringing it within budget in 1 month and making it profitable within 1 quarter. He was responsible for 53 employees and a payroll budget of $624,000.
