Work with District Managers, Regional Directors and Licenced ownership to improve execution and increase meat and produce sales.Assists in the implimentation of programs, training and corrective action to reduce shrink. Manage and direct day to day efforts of the Perishable Counselor to successfully support meat and produce operations in licenced stores. Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 6 to 10 years multi unit management experience. Strong knowledge of Meat, Produce and perimiter operations and the ability to sell these programs. $??K 20101215
