TITLE: Loss prevention Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: PLEASE CONTACT LEN OKYN Support retail operations amenities in the implement of the loss and safety programs and support them to meet company standards. Implement & sustain physical control. Make certain screening program meets & exceeds standards. Achieve standards for cash controls armored procedures and cash media files. Develop and reach company standards for receiving, shipping and all related paperwork accuracy and reach safety standards and adhere to OSHA requirements.

SALARY: $100K to $70K-85K, plus bonus


TITLE: District Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: National Supermarket chain seeks aggressive individual to supervise 12-store district with combined weekly sales of $2.5 million. Candidate will be responsible for sales, profit, personnel, as well as assist with marketing and customer service initiatives. ***Looking for individual can be promoted to Regional Operations Director within 3-6 months*** POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN NORTH CAROLINA VIRGINIA & TENNESSEE.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have proven track record of accomplishment with ability to drive sales, develop people and implement customer service programs. Must have a minimum of three years experience in multi-store supervision. Ideal candidate should have exposure/experience in one or more of the following areas: category management, marketing or human resources. College degree preferred. JOB DESCRIPTION: Retail Supermarket seeks a professional, Director of Labor Planning to develop and execute systems and methods which will provide labor standards and other scheduling information to store operations. Successful business planning methods and systems will provide tools necessary to increase productivity and excellent customer service in all departments. Position reports to VP, Operations and interfaces with all Store Director Managers and Store Managers.
REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidate must have 5 years or more of developing and maintaining labor scheduling systems in retail supermarket operations providing high levels of customer service and productivity. Have successful record of developing and implementing training in use of the scheduling system, methods improvement cost having program and gaining acceptance of line management. College-degree required.
SALARY: $75K plus

JOB DESCRIPTION: West Coast. Person will oversee 60 retail specialty supply stores for this national supply super chain. Supervise 7 District Managers in 5 states.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have Director or Regional V. P. retail store experience for 3 years with an upward career path. 1997 net income rose 104%. Person must have potential to go to next level. College degree required.
SALARY: $90,000 plus
