SALARY: $120K to $135K


TITLE: VP, Human Resources
JOB DESCRIPTION: Company seeks a well rounded generalist in the human resources field with extensive experience in the organizational development, training, talent planning, compensation and recruitment area of a 300 million dollar retail superamrket chain. Direct the development of H.R. systems and H.R. operations in the retail supermarkets.
REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidate must be skilled at providing leadership and management expertise to the HR Department. A minimum of 7 years experience as a Human Resource executive at corporate or divisional level in the supermarket industry is required. Operational background helpful and a degree are a must.
SALARY: $90K to $100K


TITLE: Director of Training
JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be responsible for directing the training department for a very large, growing retail grocery chain. Will be accountable for developing and administering training programs. Will manage up to 6 direct reports and supervise the Store Manager College.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have strong experience in retail training environment, preferable in grocery industry. Person needs to be innovative and creative. Must have strong management skills and good budgetary skills. Bachelor’s degree is required, Master a plus.
SALARY: $100K plus.


TITLE: V. P. Human Resources
JOB DESCRIPTION: Company is searching for a Human Resource professional who will direct the functions of labor management, organization development, training, benefits, recruitment and personnel administration. Company is manufacturing and sales force oriented.
REQUIREMENTS: 7 to 10 years Human Resource generalist successful track record. Must be flexible and able to develop formal H. R. systems. Good communication, both writing and speaking are essential. College degree needed.
SALARY: $100,000 plus.


TITLE: V. P. Human Resources
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for sourcing, hiring, policy/procedure, career planning, employee relations, career development, training, discipline termination, union relations and benefit administration for 2,000 employees in 60 retail stores.
REQUIREMENTS: College degree, 5 years experience as Sr. Human Resource Generalist. Candidate must have flexible management style and able to effectively interface with all levels in the company. Strong training platform and development success a key.
SALARY: $90K plus bonus
